We are extremely proud to announce that Rob Warman, Indoor Sports student at UOD – Buxton, recently achieved the Highly Commended Award for Student Performer of the Year in the Association of Colleges Sports Awards.
First announced on the Association of Colleges’ Twitter account, they said:
“Rob Warman is a talented footballer who has shown great commitment and leadership qualities.”
Niall Webb, UOD – Buxton Enrichment Officer, nominated Rob for the award. He said:
“I want to say a huge congratulations to Rob on his performances and attitude during this year. This is a nationally recognised award and Rob got highly commended which is absolutely fantastic news!
He massively deserves this and I couldn’t be prouder of him. Well done Rob and the Buxton and Leek college sports teams on a hugely successful year!”
